The good news is that drone jammers don't affect the navigation systems in our cars or the maps we use on our phones. However, pilots taking off and landing on RSW commercial aircraft must take precautions. But the GPS interference needed for drone flight is actually what they do.
Train and be prepared for it, piloting an airplane requires training, and that training involves knowing how to fly without GPS. "In pilot training, you will learn not only GPS navigation but also radio navigation we used before GPS," said Air Force and Delta retired pilot Wayne Merrill.
This also applies to everyone on the ground. We used to use it in cars without GPS, but it was more reliable and more convenient.
