Often these wifi jammer devices are capable of blocking many types of waves. WiFi, GSM, key/vehicle transmission frequencies, and sometimes even road-controlled radar waves.

How does this work

Either the device acting as the receiver must be rendered incapable of receiving the signal. wifi jammer device, or other jammers, are more of a transmitter than anything else. Once set to a jammed frequency, the wifi frequency jammer will transmit as many waves as possible on that frequency, making the original legitimate source signal undetectable and unreceivable.

It is possible to chat without music, but once the band enters the stage and starts playing, the signal between the interlocutor's mouth and ears is disrupted. It is impossible to hear each other because the signal is lost in the middle of the other waves.
