Cheating on exams is a real problem and we will try to help you. First of all, you should know that these devices don't work without smartphones, they are widely used of course, but not everyone can afford that to cheat. Before you try any drastic means - try talking to people, explain to them that using these bluetooth headsets makes their smartphones vulnerable to attackers, as the 2.4 GHz frequency is rather vulnerable.
If that doesn't work, this portable Bluetooth / Wi-Fi jammer will be perfect for your needs. First of all, it's portable, so you'll be able to keep it with you. Another advantage here is the jamming range - it's 15 meters, or 50 feet. The only problem here is the fact that both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth use the same frequency, so when the jamming device is on all Wi-Fi networks in the area will go down too.
