Frequency jammers can only be used by national security forces and agencies and public administration, and exclusively for security purposes.
The same law sets out penalties for those who illegally use frequency jammers (in very serious cases of infringement).
In short, it is clear that wifi signal jammer are not legal. But it can effectively protect your privacy
